All about going green

Not long along I used to go green with envy at the slightest instance-a friend's success, a colleague's promotion, neighbour's new car and a host of other things. Then they told me that jealousy was one of the seven deadly sins. I went all out to rid me of this sin, so much so that I can now celebrate even a total stranger's good fortune as my own. Now they want me to go green for the sake of the planet. I don't know what to do.

    Hmmmm... that's life, isn't it?? First they say know with knitted brows and then turn around and egg you on. Don't you remember when we were younger we were asked not to move our hanging legs forward and backwards while sitting somewhere?? The years later when your teeth have fallen and eyesight is gone and your knee joints pain, the medicine man tells you. 'Ammachi, kattilil irikkumbol kaalu aattanam ketto'! Ned anything more be said??

  5. Green is a lovely colour. Why did the English fellows allot this to a vice? Perhaps because they had 'yellow' livers!
